Renee Zellweger has signed on to reprise her role as the lovable Bridget Jones. Production should start in late 2010 with release in 2011.

The plot is expected to follow author Helen Fielding's newspaper articles which have Bridget wanting to get pregnant while in her 40's.

Fielding is currently working on Bridget Jone's: The Musical in London.

Colin Firth and Hugh Grant have not been confirmed to co-star.

I am so excited about this, Bridget Jone's Diary is my favorite book AND movie and I love Renee Zellweger and Colin Firth together.

Tim Burton's new movie has Alice (now 17 years old) returning to Wonderland a decade after her earlier adventures – having no memories of her first trip.

Based on both books, Alice's Adventures in Wonderland and Through the Looking glass, Burton mixes both live action and CGI.

Also starring, Alan ­Rickman (the Caterpillar), Stephen Fry (the Cheshire Cat), Barbara Windsor (Dormouse) and Christopher Lee (the Jabberwock).

The film will be ­released in March 2010 also in 3D.

Madonna, Rocco, David and Lourdes fly back to London to await new addition, Mercy's arrival from Africa.

Madonna's purchase of Mercy has been completed and she was to fly from Malawi, along with three of Madonna's employees, to London.

After being purchased and moved to London, it is unclear whether Mercy will remain in London or join Madonna when she starts touring again in July.

A statement released by their representatives reads,

"After nearly five years of marriage Billy Joel & Katie Lee Joel have decided to separate. This decision is a result of much thoughtful consideration. Billy & Katie remain caring friends with admiration and respect for each other".

Katie Lee was 23 years old when they married, only 4 years older than Joel's daughter with Christie Brinkley. She has reportedly been involved in an affair with designer Yigal Azrouel.

David Carradine died during auto-erotic asphyxiation that went wrong, according to sources in Bangkok, Thailand, where he was found dead on Thursday. A Bangkok police officer speaking to the newspaper The Sun, said "A rope was attached to his neck and also to his penis".
Carradine's body was discovered in a hotel suite and local reports suggested he committed suicide.

But a statement from Carradine's representative now indicates the actor died during a sex act.
The spokesperson tells TMZ.com, "We can confirm 100 per cent that he never would have committed suicide. It was an accidental death. Everybody is in shock."

In a statement on behalf of her family, Martha Plimpton - the daughter of Carradine's brother Keith - says, "My Uncle David was a brilliantly talented, fiercely intelligent and generous man. He was the nexus of our family in so many ways, and drew us together over the years and kept us connected. I adored him as a child, and as an adult I admired and respected him. "We will all miss him terribly, and are so grateful for everyone's condolences. The passing of someone so loved is extremely difficult under any circumstances."
