Did you know Poppin' had a whole family?
Including a cat and dog?

Kinda cute even though I detest cats.

Tuesday, November 06, 2007

Opi which is my personal preference for nail varnish has a doggy line!!!

Guess who is going to be getting her nails done? I'm thinking Betty will look cut with Yuppy Puppy & Dog House Blues. I found a website that sells them but I'll probably check eBay too.

Juicy Crittoure, the first couture fragrance for dogs. (Crittoure--get it?)

This new wardrobe of couture canine fragrance and poochie personal care includes:

pawfum, $60

shampooch, $25

soft spot, $20

pawtection, $28

pawlettes, $25

polished paws, $14 & paw polish remover pads, $15

doggy house spray, $13

plus two boxed sets, $55 & $80

Paw polish comes in two colours: pink & brown. Is the brown for metrosexual pups?

Holy hell, what pervert is dressing these women???

Etnya is ALWAYS half naked, Julianne has some crazy furry thing on that she had to have had a brazilian wax for, poor Jane had some left over toilet paper from Halloween and they keep squeezing Marie's size 24 body in size 16 costumes. No wonder she fainted and Jane got sick.

Maks just oozes sex. Damn he's the only reason I watch this show. The guy is hot. And his pants are super tight. I think I see a stiffy after the Paso Doble (my favorite dance).

Ok why is Samantha going on about how sad everyone is over stupid Sabrina being gone? And Maks and Scary have pawprint tats. Maks shows his and Samantha says showing your support and at first I thought, "Now what did Lil' Kim do?" But I guess it was supposed to be a cheetah print. So I guess they are saying it should have been Cameron gone and the viewers are wrong? I don't think so.
Evidently they all must have those stupid tats because here's Tony with one and I think I saw one on Entya's butt. How stupid. At the end only two couples will be left. What kind of competition is this?
Jennie and Derek need to go, she whines too much and he creeps the hell out of me.

Wednesday, October 31, 2007

I still can't believe I watch this show (and like it). But I do. I especially like when a "star" falls.

I wish they would have shown Jenny's fall as many times as they've shown Marie "fainting". My God how funny was that? Her eyes rolling back into her head then the big THUD. Priceless.

Seems bunches of people are in an uproar over chubby Cheetah getting voted off. Bitch please. Just because the judges like someone doesn't mean viewers do. They asskissed Joey FATone last season and I hated him.

Sabrina may have won this week but she just wasn't losing any weight. (Marie either) In the group dance though it was too obvious. Of course I had already used up all my votes by then for Maks and Helio so it didn't matter to me but why did the costumers put her in a mini-skirt and the other women in pants? That was the mistake. She looked like a vienna sausage.

I don't mind Cameron but I want him gone too. Just so I won't have to see the fug near nakedness of Edyta. Yeah she's skinny but those scraps of material make her look hideous.

Also can we vote off Samantha? Drew did a much better job and she's SO annoying.

Damn Maks is hot:

This is a pretty wicked looking girl. Even better that's it's a pencil sharpener! I saw it first on Popgadget but it's from Matthew James Taylor who has a pretty cool blog.

It reminds me of Tiffany (Bride of Chucky). I love Jennifer Tilly. Did you know she's like totally rich? That's how she can afford to be on the pro poker tour.

Oh holy hell, what did my favorite actress
DO TO HERSELF!!???

The sad thing is, she probably thinks she looks good.
Delusional stupid bitch. V Sad.

A look at how Michigan stacks up nationally
The Associated Press

A look at some of Michigan's economic indicators.

_Michigan's August unemployment rate was 7.4 percent, well above the national average of 4.6 percent.

_Michigan ranks in the top 10 states on home foreclosures.

_Employment in the state's transportation sector is expected to drop more than 12 percent in 2007 and more than 11 percent in 2008, according to the House Fiscal Agency.

_Michigan real disposable income is expected to fall 0.5 percent in 2007, while national real disposable income is expected to grow 2.7 percent, according to the HFA.

Michigan's image doesn't look to improve anytime soon

By KATHY BARKS HOFFMAN

Michigan's image, already in tatters from the troubles caused by its shrinking manufacturing base and a budget impasse that wasn't solved until a temporary government shutdown, isn't going to recover anytime soon.

Recall campaigns are being considered against Granholm and some of the lawmakers who voted to increase the income tax from 3.9 percent to 4.35 percent or expand the 6 percent sales tax to more services.

Economists with the state and at the University of Michigan expect job losses to continue through late 2008, with nearly 50,000 jobs disappearing next year, most of them in manufacturing. Other industries, such as pharmaceuticals, are taking hits.

Under the old business tax, which expires at the end of the year, companies had to pay the tax even if they posted no profits. They also paid more if they hired more employees or offered benefits, creating a disincentive to create jobs.

Other steps may be taken to smooth out the impact of the sales tax on services. Some lawmakers have suggested letting voters decide if they'd rather pay the service tax or raise the overall sales tax from 6 percent to 7 percent. Others may try to find a way to tax fewer business-to-business services.

Lawmakers also may calm taxpayers' ire by eliminating a benefit that gives legislators and their families lifetime health care benefits starting at age 55 for anyone who has served six years in the Legislature, and by making more changes in public employee benefits that could save the state money down the road.

I heard on the news today that Michigan is the leader in unemployment of all states. Great.

I'm behind the recall of Granholm, I certainly didn't vote for her and never would have. Anyone would have been better, but DeVos was the better candidate.

The income tax increase I don't mind but the sales tax on the various services that haven't been taxed before is just unbelievable. Most don't make sense and I fail to see how it's going to bail out the state budget.

Dancing with the Stars is back with a bunch of losers.

Maksim who is still just as hot as hell is with Scary Spice. Ugg. I can't stand her but I love him so I'll root for her for a bit.

Helio Castroneves is a race car driver and is pretty cute and dances well and is paired with Julianne so they are my top pick right now.

Jane Seymour is doing good. Marie Osmond is fat.

Jennie Garth had some messed up dental work done to her mouth so she can barely shut it and she fell last week AND took her partner down.

Wayne Newton is HORRIBLE.

The male and female models are voted off.

So far it's not as good as when Heather Mills was on but it's ok. Especially since Top Chef is over.

I was 13 yrs old when Diana married Charles. I remember getting up at 3a.m. to watch it on TV. It was so cool all the tradition and the carriage and the church. I loved it.
Now I can vaguely remember when William and Henry were born, the marriage going to hell. I was so sad when they got divorced. I know in the beginning she really loved him but he never got over that cow Camilla. (why?? WTF??)
I know some people remember where they were when they found out Kennedy was shot, or John Lennon was killed, the space shuttle blew up, Kurt Cobain was murdered but for me I will never forget the morning Princess Diana died.

We were watching a movie on Saturday night/Sunday morning and when it ended regular TV came on. It was special News cast livefeed from Paris. Princess Diana had been in a car accident and her driver was dead, Dodi was dead but no report on her condition. I stayed up another 3 or 4 hours before they said she had died. I was crying the whole time but when they announced she had died I was shocked.
It was horrible. I taped the funeral but 10 years later, I've still never watched it. I wonder if I ever will?
I think she was murdered.

Happy Birthday Rick!!!
Many, many years ago, in the 8th grade, I transfered from my small school to the middle school. Everyone there knew each other from 1st grade on. I only knew one girl but she transferred the year before and was now a cheerleader so really I didn't know anyone.
In English class we would get pamplets to order books from Troll. I have always been a HUGE reader and love, love, loved ordering books from Troll. One time there was a magazine with Rick Springfield on the cover. Of course I ordered it. I only remember liking Rick and Duran Duran.
After I got my order, these two girls went out of their way to talk to me. Actually they wanted to buy my magazine because there was an article or pictures of the Beatles in it and they were HUGE fans. Kathy and Kelly or is it Cathy? Either which way, we were school friends from then on.
If I didn't love Rick before then, I did after that. It would have sucked to have not known anyone in 8th grade.
Of course, no matter how much they begged and how much money they offered, I wouldn't sell them my magazine!!! I probably even still have it. hee.
Cathy (I'm pretty sure it's a C) I still hear about every once in a while, but Kelly moved away in 9 or 10th grade when the factory her father worked at moved. Her mom was horribly sick, I wonder what ever happened to them?

I am so over everyone. I dream of being a hermit.

I got a dog on Saturday. Her name is Betty and she's 5 years old. She's very good. Just lays around and sleeps. My grandmother LOVES her and will babysit while I'm at work. Luda is teaching her how to play and go potty. I'm trying to litter box train her but so far it's not working.

Sexy Bitch!!!
I just might have to start watching soccer.

Thursday, July 12, 2007

Well I never got my call within 14 days from the hotline, I keep forgetting to call them back and bitch about it.

Tippy (as predicted) isn't going to do anything even after I emailed Uncle Rich. I guess God didn't send Seth to me afterall, he sold me out and is now ignoring me. I don't really hold it against him. He's brainwashed.

I emailed Uncle Rich again but for some reason it's stuck in my outbox. I've been bad so I'll send it Saturday. I have 4 days off after Saturday.

Things are worse since Jerdie went to see Tippy. If J is the only one there it's bad but not like when they both are. Even though I think Ben started the scrap, J is flaming it. So when Ben is alone she doesn't do anything.

Whatever, I'm sick of it all.

I need to finish filing with EEOC and get this cleared up.

Sunday, June 24, 2007

So yesterday I was supposed to be in the Concord Classic 5k. I'm really disappointed that I didn't go. When I woke up I had such stomach cramps that I thought I was sick again like I was two weeks ago. (The doctor took blood tests and didn't find anything)

I was more than a little afraid that I would get sick out on the course. This race doesn't have bicyclists following the racers and no one out on the course that could get me help if I needed it.

I've decided that for the most part, my health problems are work related. I had a bad time on Friday with the bitches. I decided yesterday while golfing and talking with Jodie and Cheri that I have to do something about the problems because they are obviously escalating. One thing I need to do is: Plan for the worst and know what I'm going to do as a response.

I guess I really didn't expect any of them to ever talk to me again, let alone stand at my desk while I was on a call and scream at me. I underestimated what ever is going on. I'd planned out (to a T) what I will do the next time Bitchup pulls me in the office and asks if I'm going to commit suicide but this I never expected. Plus it was just so stupid that (once again) I was flabbergasted.

No more. I called the hotline today and made a complaint. (they asked what I wanted the company to do, I said move them or me and since Bitchup would refuse to do that at a minimum I wanted her drug/alcohol tested because I think she's on something)

Then I left a message for Lisa who ended up coming in to talk to me. (that ended up as an incident) She said to hold off on my email to the new CEO, I told her I would, for now. At that point I decided to wait a few days to see the fall out from the report I made before I took it up the food chain.

Before he left though Ron asked me how things were going. Well they had all acted out after Lisa left so I was feeling crappy and went to talk to him. Evidently, Bitchup had left him out of the loop. Surprise!

I told him about bitch screaming at me on Friday. I also told him that the next time (there had better not be) it happened or that I felt threatened that I would: end my call, go to my car, call the police and press charges. After the police and union President secured the premises I would return in order to send an email to the CEO and then I would leave and not return until the situation was permantatly fixed.

He's very sympathetic and I think he actually thinks he can help. I tried to tell him he can't but he's confident. I'm not sure how long he's been with the company so maybe he knows something I don't.

I called the union VP from the car on my way home and asked her to come in on Tuesday to talk to me in person. She might want to include the new chief steward but I'm going to have Lisa instead. I'd rather have someone I trust and who knows the whole story than a hater who doesn't know me but knows the others. In the message I left, I said that she would probably find out on Monday what was going on but that it was my off day. I wonder if she'll call or email me tomorrow? I doubt it.

I drove about 5 more miles after that call and had to pull over to the side of the highway and throw up. I was gagging the rest of the 70 miles home and once here I've been throwing up all evening. I took my medicine but even that didn't help.

I had planned on going to Menard's and getting the paint because it looks like Joe is done priming but I was too sick. I probably should have called him to see what time he's coming over tomorrow. I had also wanted to mow the lawn today so that tomorrow I could work on the strip by the road and plant petunias there. I'm hoping to feel better in the morning and doing everything after Jade gets here.

I still feel queasy but I'm going to try to get some sleep and feel better tomorrow.

I'm also going to run. I need some stress relief. I want to go to the pool too. Hmmm. Probably won't have time for everything. Oh well we'll see.

Waiting on Karma to kick some ass.

Next Food Network Star Sunday

Jag & Adrien didn't do well in the first challenge.

For the second challenge since Paul (yuck) won he was able to pick a partner (Jag), partner up the others (men vs. women) and pick a dish (meatloaf) and pick the other teams meal (men=pot pie, women=lasanga).

Then they had to serve it to 75 army men & women. Paula Deen & Guidia were judges.

They served the meal on cafeteria trays that had sections. The women had salad, dessert, bread and lasanga. They had one section empty which I thought was cheesy. Until the pot pie had two empty spaces. Jag was pissed because the oven didn't work so they had to deep fry it.

Time for elimination: only one today.

Jag & Paul did well. Amy & Rory can't stand them. Michael & Adrien still like them.

I have no idea who is getting the ax. Maybe Michael or Adrien.

Back from commercial: (by the way I hate the judge that is VP of marketing)
Meatloaf won! So Jag & Paul stay. Troops didn't like the nasty lasagna. But presentation won. So I'm right, Michael or Adrien. I'm saying Adrien is going.

I was wrong it's Michael going. Adrien was close. He had better step it up.

I hate Paul, but I have to give him credit, he picked a winner as a team mate and teamed up the others to his advantage. He wanted to weed out a dude and he did. I still hate him.

I got my new driver last Thursday and the hybrid on Monday. I saved about 8 strokes on Wednesday league. With the driver I'm getting about 20 more yards but instead of going straight I now have a fade. On the first hole my ball took off then faded near the end of the row of trees. Where it ended up I don't know. We never did find it.

The hybrid is better. The balls still go straight and about 15 yards or so farther than with my 3 wood.

Jodie and I went to Hankerd Hills today with Cheri and Travis. Little kids are so funny. Cheri had to keep telling Travis not to kill the ball. He hits it like he's playing softball. Jodie and I were calling him Earl Jr. after his dad.

Cheri can really smack the ball. I think girls that have a softball background do better. At least that's my excuse. I hit a good ball but I just don't get the distance everyone else does. My mom even outdrives me.

I need a little more practice lining myself up to play against my new fade but I really like this club. The ball sounds different and really takes off. The hybrid is a cool club too. I miss hit a few balls but not as many as I usually do.

The greens were superfast (we haven't had rain in a few weeks) and I ended up with some penalty strokes but I'm happy with my final score, and my new clubs.

Today was the Concord Classic. I was entered and really looking forward to being in it. I asked for the day off weeks ago. Then when it came time to wake up, my stomach and head hurt and I thought I was going to get sick again. I ended up not going and sleeping until after 1pm, even after going to bed early.

I hate feeling like I wasted a vacation day, but I'd feel worse going then getting sick out on the course. I'll probably feel worse tomorrow when I see the results and find out that I might have done well.

I swear it's work that is making me sick.

I've decided that I'm going to call the ethics line tomorrow and put in a report about the harassment and that Bitchup has had since May 4 (when she was told) and hasn't taken care of it and that it's escalating. I think I'll send another letter to EEOC and also mention that I suspect drug/alcohol abuse to be a factor. After Friday I dread going to work tomorrow since I know there will be fall out. I need to take my digital camera to work to document anything.

I've been following the disappearance of Jessie Davis in Canton Ohio. I can't remember now when I first read about it but since it's sorta nearby and CNN has been covering it, I've kept up.

I just have to say WTF was the bitch thinking?? The guy might be handsome, charming, whatever BUT he's married!! That trumps anything else. ALWAYS.

Her mom was on Nancy Grace (which I no longer watch but I knew she would be covering this) or Larry King and she said they have been on and off for 4 years. The wife knew about the 2 year old son but had only recently found out about the daughter that was to be born.

He had one or two kids with his wife (reports vary), a 10 year old with a model, the 2 year old and one on the way. Who decides that it's a good idea to have their married baby's daddy's 5th child??

Well she's been found--dead of course.

And it could have been avoided. Parents need to start teaching their children right from wrong and morals.

Karma. That's what this is.

I love reality shows. Especially the voting off part. Now that Dancing with the Stars is over, I'm watching The Next Food Network Star. ONLY because a Jacksonian is on it!! Yippee, I kinda know someone on TV.

Before I switched over to DirectTV, my favorite channel was the local cable access JTV channel 17. It is so cheesy you can't help but like it. Reminded me of Wayne's World only not in a basement. They actually have a studio and sets and cool stuff.

So Adrien Sharp is the host on "Home for Dinner". He's good looking, pretty well spoken and pleasant host. I'm not surprised he won a spot.

I guess as part of the competition the contestants need friends on MySpace. Here's Adrien's if you want to help him out.

As of the start of tonight's show, I like Tommy, Michael, Adrien & Jag. Amy's ok. I don't like Colombe or Rory. I HATE Paul.

As I write this they are getting ready to kick off 2 people. Adrien and Jag are safe. (pause) Michael is safe, Rory is safe. (this is live blogging) Amy is safe.

Down to Tommy, Paul and Columbe. Bye Columbe. Please let it be Paul but I'm thinking Tommy. I was right!! Bye Tommy. He was acting like a big weepy baby missing his family. Of course he's leaving.

Damn! I HATE Paul. He's annoying but the main reason I detest him is because during the vegetarian wedding he noticed that the other team had chicken stock out that they were going to use and didn't say anything. Later claims "it's competition". Bullshit this is not only a couple's wedding but they are vegetarians. What if Tommy later didn't realize he used chicken stock? Would he have let that team serve it? Unethical. As a vegetarian I'm pissed when I ask if there is meat in something and they say no and later I find either chicken, pig or cow in it or it has cow or chicken stock. I'm very careful to ask but sometimes the answer is wrong.

Even though he's still on, Paul got bitch slapped by Karma. Praise Goddess. They all had to go shopping and stupid Colombe had a bag that wasn't hers. Instead of either taking it back to the studio or asking at the store who's it was, she gave it to the bagger and it got left behind. It was Paul's. Hee. It had stuff in it he needed. Tee Hee.

Then later his hamburgers weren't the right temp so he had to recook them. Hee hee.

LOVE Karma!!! Everything you put out comes back twice as hard.

Yesterday was my blog's 1st birthday!!!

Happy belated birthday!!

It was also the Rose Run which even though I haven't been running, I was planning on being in. It looks like I would have done pretty well too.
But...We went to Woody's after golf on Wednesday and I got food poisoning or something. I was so sick Wednesday night. I stayed home from work on Thursday and didn't feel good the whole day. I called in on Friday then my mom called and she called the doctor for me. Realy all he did was tell me to drink Gatorade and gave me antiboitics. (my body HAS to be immune to them by now)

I had taken yesterday off for the race and felt a bit better when I woke up so I went to the pool but didn't use any sunscreen so I was hot with chills and my right thigh was on FIRE. I didn't sleep at all so I'm home to day too. Now I'm totally out of FMLA and there is still 6 months to go. I've had nurovirous 3 times in 8 months. I'm on discipline so I can't be tardy and my script scores are low so I can't get any a-time. Good god.

Mom, Jodie and I went golfing to Pine Hollow and I played sooo well. Starting this Wednesday I'm slowing WAY done. Going to take at least one practice swing for every shot and put the club away after each shot. I'm also going to get a new driver and get a new 3 wood. I'm going to keep the 7,9, 11 etc woods and probably the irons since I hardly use them. I'm putting left hand low and that is helping. I need to work on my aim too. It is getting a bit better. I'm going to try to go to the range at least once a week.

But I need to run too. Ugg.

Paris a year ago was my favorite socialite. Still is really only a socialite (seriously what is she good for) but no longer my favorite.

So it is with great glee that I read this:

Screaming Paris Hilton sent back to jail

"The defendant is remanded to county jail to serve the remainder of her 45-day sentence. This order is forthwith."

Hilton screamed.

Hee.

Good now we need Shitney and Hohan locked up or dead and the world will be a better place.

I thought she went back to UK to spend some time with that hot piece of man of hers?? What the hell she's everywhere. Bitch has got a KILLER body.

Hate, hate, hate Cameron but the bitch brought her A++ game tonight. Rumor has it because Justin was coming with Beil. From the look of her below Beil gave up she looks like hell. Cammie wins.

Damn she could have at least TRIED. Fug dress, clunky shoes, should have called Cameron for help. She looks like she ate too much and is trying to hide it.

F**king HOT !!!!!!

Apolo Anton Ohno got an extra special 25th birthday gift Tuesday: The two-time Olympic medalist became the latest Dancing with the Stars champ.

"I feel amazing," the speed skater said after learning he'd won the competition, beating out singer Joey Fatone and boxer Laila Ali. "From day 1 I feel like everyone here has been champions."

On Tuesday's finale Ohno and his partner Julianne Hough danced the paso doble before winning the mirror-ball trophy. On Tuesday's finale Ohno and his partner Julianne Hough danced the paso doble before winning the mirror-ball trophy.

"I'm so excited to see Apolo win," judge Carrie Ann Inaba told PEOPLE after the finale. "He took it so seriously. He truly mastered the dances. He was the best technical dancer. Apolo and Julianne brought a whole new energy to the dance floor. You never quite knew what they were going to do."

The couple's surprising moves were shown off Monday during their hip-hop inspired freestyle dance, which included break-dancing. All three judges praised the playful routine by Ohno and Hough, who scored a perfect 30 for the number.

Runner-up Fatone kept up his signature good spirits saying, "I feel like a winner." He called the show "one of the best things I've ever done in my life." Earlier in the evening, Fatone and his partner Kym Johnson scored a perfect 30 for their performance of their Star Wars-inspired tango.

The night before, the pair got panned by the judges for their overly theatrical version of the cha-cha, but they dazzled the audience with their disco freestyle.

Laila Ali and Maksim Chmerkovskiy, who started the evening in third place, ended up in the same position after performing the mambo. When asked about balancing boxing and dancing, Ali said, "I think you can be strong and sexy and beautiful."

But she wasn't so light-hearted after being named second runner-up mid-way through the show. "I'm pissed," she said with a laugh. "Everyone here is a good dancer, it doesn't matter who wins especially because I didn't."

She added,"I had so much fun. I'm happy for whoever wins."

The finale also featured performances from each of the contestants who'd been booted earlier during the season, including Paulina Porizkova, Shandi Finnessey, Leeza Gibbons, Clyde Drexler, Heather Mills, John Ratzenberger, Billy Ray Cyrus and Ian Ziering.

I ended up working until 3:30pm and it took longer to get home than normal. The weather was great, no rain or wind, not too hot. Just right.

Aunt Linda ended up not going. I went over to Mom's house expecting her to be ready and she's laying on the couch watching TV! She took me and watched the start and me end but she didn't walk. She said I didn't call her. Hmm. I guess but I did say that I was going to be in the race. I'm in it every year. Oh well.

So I haven't ran since last August. Not at all. Jade and I go to the park and walk around maybe once, twice if we're lucky. We might jog over the bridge (so the troll who lives under there doesn't get us) but that's about it.

For not practicing I did really well. I was able to run the first mile without stopping!! (That's a big deal for me) Not a fast run but not a walk either. I had the most horrendous side ache but I kept going. (Usually I'm a wimpy baby and stop)

Course after the first mile, I started walking and then wasn't able to run any more. Need to work on that. But this is just the first race of the season and now I should be motivated enough to train. (I hope)

The t-shirts this year are not cute like they usually are. They're black and fug, but I can add it to my quilt. The normal food sponsor wasn't there this year, it was Subway. No vegetarian so I gave it to Mom.

There were a ton! of people. The little kids were cute. No criers this year. And there was Boy's Quest for the 1st time too.

I should have been a walker, in my age group there was just one woman. I could have won a trophy for 2nd place!

I finished with a time of 48:02:03. Not too bad for 8 months of nothing. And should be fairly easy to improve.

36 minutes has been my goal for years. I wonder if I'll ever reach it?
