Charles Barkley was arrested last night in Arizona after being spotted running a stop sign and smelling of alcohol.
After failing a field sobriety test, he was transported to the police station for a blood alcohol test. Test results are pending.
Barley issued a statement, "I am disappointed that I put myself in that situation. The Scottsdale police were fantastic. I will not comment any further as it is a legal matter."
